HOSA ClubThe mission of HOSA is to empower HOSA-Future Health Professionals to become leaders in the global health community through education, collaboration, and experience.
PurposeThe purpose of the HOSA organization is to develop leadership and technical HOSA skill competencies through a program of motivation, awareness and recognition, which is an integral part of the Health Science Education instructional program. Model WHO Club - WHOModel WHO club focuses on issues affecting global health. The students meet weekly on Tuesdays before school in room 405. Among the projects are working on includes clean water initiatives for Kenyan villages.
Model WHO students have helped bring clean water to Nyanchonori village in Kenya by working collaboratively with Hopewell-Keroka Alliance. The students are currently fund-raising for clean water to help the Kemboa Village in South Western Kenya. |
